Inc purchased the 30,656 SF Showroom/Flex Warehouse building located on 2.043 acres.  Sun Auto Tops also known as Specialty Automotive Treatments they started as a single product company and is now known as the largest premier destination for automotive accessories in Florida.  They customize in all make and models offering a wide variety of accessories including wheels, tires, suspension, interiors, sunroofs, car audio, LED lighting and more.

William Rotella and Clinton Casey recently represented the Owners, CarGroup, L.P, in the $9.8 MIL Sale of 2.43 Acres of land located at 4545 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida.  The Buyer, The Jim Moran Foundation, Inc., was represented by Jeff Giblin of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.  The Jim Moran Foundation, a philanthropic organization founded by the late South Florida mogul, announced their plans to build a 50,000 SF headquarters at this location with an anticipated opening in 2022.

William Rotella and Clinton Casey recently represented the Owner, FUSJ, Inc., in the leasing of restaurant space to Maison Du Crab, LLC.  This 7,132 SF location was formerly occupied by Nabu American Fusion Buffet.  The property is located at the Roselli Office Building, 3485 North Federal Highway in Oakland Park, Broward County, Florida.  Maison Du Crab is a family owned, authentic Louisiana style seafood restaurant and bar.

William Rotella and Ray Walsh recently represented the Owners, Joao and Rosa Castro in the sale of a 4,000 SF Shell Station building and business on 1 Acre of land.  The property is located at 1819 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida and was sold to Bruno Miceli and John Kosem.

William and Michael Rotella represented the Owners, Dominic & Deborah Santarelli in the transition of Nick’s Italian Restaurant to Cafe Vico.  The property is located at 3496 N Ocean Boulevard (A1A) in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida.  Nick’s opened 47 years ago and remained a legendary beachside trattoria until it closed its doors on May 31st.  Cafe Vico chef-owner Marco Vico Rodrigues learned of the opportunity due to his 25 year friendship with the Rotella Family.  The transition was completed seamlessly because of the longstanding relationships that the Rotella’s have with both operators.  Chef Marco was excited to open the second edition of his high-end Italian concept at this iconic location in early June.  Although some of Nick’s original ambiance will remain, the gradual restaurant transformation has begun with a shift to the Cafe Vico menu and the addition of a piano bar in the upstairs dining room.
