The Rotella Group recently completed 2 deals with Seritage Growth Properties in the re-development of the former Sears at the Westfield Broward Mall located at 8000 Broward Boulevard in Plantation, Florida.

Steve Miller of The Rotella Group recently represented Dollar Tree Stores in the Leasing of several new Southeast Florida locations. The retail spaces were approximately 10,000 SF and are located in Hialeah, Coral Gables and Miami Gardens in Miami-Dade County. Steve also represented Dollar Tree in the purchase of a 3.25 Acre Fort Pierce land site in St. Lucie County.
Since 2006, The Rotella Group has been involved in the opening of more than 140 Dollar Tree stores from Key West to Fort Pierce in the South Florida Market. TRG also represents Dollar Tree in their search for freestanding ground-up sites.
