William Rotella and Clinton Casey recently represented the Owners, CarGroup, L.P, in the $9.8 MIL Sale of 2.43 Acres of land located at 4545 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida.  The Buyer, The Jim Moran Foundation, Inc., was represented by Jeff Giblin of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.  The Jim Moran Foundation, a philanthropic organization founded by the late South Florida mogul, announced their plans to build a 50,000 SF headquarters at this location with an anticipated opening in 2022.
