William and Michael Rotella represented the Owners, Dominic & Deborah Santarelli in the transition of Nick’s Italian Restaurant to Cafe Vico. The property is located at 3496 N Ocean Boulevard (A1A) in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida. Nick’s opened 47 years ago and remained a legendary beachside trattoria until it closed its doors on May 31st. Cafe Vico chef-owner Marco Vico Rodrigues learned of the opportunity due to his 25 year friendship with the Rotella Family. The transition was completed seamlessly because of the longstanding relationships that the Rotella’s have with both operators. Chef Marco was excited to open the second edition of his high-end Italian concept at this iconic location in early June.
