Dutch Pot

Christopher Rotella and The Rotella Group Team began providing site selection services for The Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurant in 2014. Since then we have assisted the concept in securing (5) Drive-through locations, successfully bringing the store count from (3) to (8) with an additional planned opening for 2019 in Miami. Dutch Pot is currently operating in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Lauderhill, Lauderdale Lakes and Pembroke Pines in the Southeast Florida Market. Michael and Christopher Rotella also secured the location for the new Dutch Pot Corporate Office located in Lauderhill, Florida. The Corporate Office and Orientation Center is fully staffed with experienced personnel to engineer the daily administrative needs and operations of the company. The Orientation Center also provides training, certification in food preparation and customer service for all new hires as well as continued training for all employees.

The Dutch Pot has additionally opened The Commissary, a distribution center which acts as a hub to ensure that customers enjoy the same authentic concept taste no matter which restaurant location they choose to dine. At The Commissary, all food preparation is delicately seasoned, packaged and distributed to the restaurants to be cooked by our trained executive chefs.

The Dutch Pot story began 18 years ago with the opening of their first restaurant at Broward Boulevard & SR7 in Plantation. Their unique method of preparing food in an authentic cast iron Dutch Pot is a staple of the Jamaican culture and the only way to prepare authentic Jamaican dishes. The “Dutch Pot” provides an even heat and temperature resulting in consistently delicious food. This popular Caribbean restaurant offers, breakfast, lunch and dinner with a unique menu featuring curry chicken, brown stew, chicken, oxtail, curry goat and steamed and salt fish dishes served with rice and peas, plantains and salad. The Dutch Pot offers stellar service, a loyal following, and food packed with as much flavor as your taste buds can handle. What was once a family dream is now the reality being experienced by millions of guests who dine at The Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurants.

The Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurant Code of Conduct is their guide and building block to maintain their high Standard of Excellence. They have established three (3) Pillars: Prayer, Honesty and Respect, coupled with excellent customer service, which are the foundation to carrying out their vision.
