The Rotella Group recently completed 2 deals with Seritage Growth Properties in the re-development of the former Sears at the Westfield Broward Mall located at 8000 Broward Boulevard in Plantation, Florida.
Bill Pace of The Rotella Group represented GameTime in the leasing of 48,000 SF on the second floor of the former Sears space. Bill also represented The Restaurant People’s YOLO concept in the leasing of 7,000 SF of the ground floor space.
