Peter Hogan is expanding The Rotella Group operations to the Central Florida Markets. He attended Fairfield University and has held a Real Estate license in various states for 40+ years, starting his career in Retail Store Operations. He has spent the last 30 years in Commercial Real Estate as Director/Vice President of Real Estate for Movie Gallery, Check Into Cash, Cato, and Simply Fashions as well as handling site selection for numerous clients in a brokerage capacity. Most recently Peter was the Senior Development Manager for Tricor International, LLC handling site selection in 7 states and overseeing the leasing of their portfolio. Peter enjoys time with his family as well as playing golf.
