Michael J. Rotella is focused on landlord leasing in the South Florida market for The Rotella Group. Michael also handles tenant representation assignments for our team including site selection for Dollar Tree Stores, which has assisted him in gaining an in-depth knowledge of both sides of the national retailer leasing process. Michael is a South Florida Native born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Michael graduated from Saint Thomas Aquinas High School and received a degree in Business Management with a focus in finance from the University of North Florida. He was very involved with student government where he chaired the Budget and Allocation Committee. During his senior year, Mike worked full time for Merrill Lynch as a Client Service Representative before joining the Rotella Group. Michael grew up very involved in community service and continues that family tradition by volunteering with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County and other local charities.
