Steve Miller of The Rotella Group recently represented Dollar Tree Stores in the Leasing of several new Southeast Florida locations. The retail spaces were approximately 10,000 SF and are located in Hialeah, Coral Gables and Miami Gardens in Miami-Dade County. Steve also represented Dollar Tree in the purchase of a 3.25 Acre Fort Pierce land site in St. Lucie County.

Since 2006, The Rotella Group has been involved in the opening of more than 140 Dollar Tree stores from Key West to Fort Pierce in the South Florida Market. TRG also represents Dollar Tree in their search for freestanding ground-up sites.

The Rotella Group continues to seek retail and land sites for Dollar Tree in all South Florida major markets with a focus on Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
